Keith Senn is the President of Time & Alarm Systems.
Time & Alarm Systems was founded and incorporated by Keith’s father, Joe Senn, and two other partners in 1978. When the partnership dissolved, Joe became the sole owner of the Company. During the Company’s early years in 1983, Keith began his career at the age of 17 as a shop helper. Four years later, Keith advanced into the position of Service Manager. By 1997, Keith and his father settled on an agreement for Keith to take over complete ownership of the Company. Keith is currently serving as President following the acquisition by Sciens Building Solutions of Time & Alarm Systems in 2021. Keith is active in the day-to-day operations and future growth of the Company, bringing almost four decades of leadership experience. Additionally, Keith is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, culture, growth, and performance of Time & Alarm Systems’ brand.
Keith has a deep commitment to providing the proper resources and tools to employees for growth opportunities and the success of Time & Alarm Systems. He has evolved the small service company his father once owned into the large installation, service, maintenance, and testing industry leader that the Company is today.

Dan is Time & Alarm Systems’ Operations and Marketing Manager, bringing 10 years of Operations and Business Development experience to the team. Prior to joining Time & Alarm Systems, Dan was involved in overseeing the southwest region in a business development and marketing role for a leading construction equipment manufacturer. Joining the team in January 2018, Dan’s current responsibilities center around the cultivation of the Company’s brand, visual language and growth strategies. He also oversees the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. He continues to support the growth and development of Time & Alarm Systems as well as supporting the day- to-day operations.

Fred is Time & Alarm Systems’ Warehouse Manager, managing a department that oversees the Company’s product inventory. He supervises all the warehouse activities in support of manufacturing operations including, but not limited to, receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials. Fred is approaching 13 years working with Time & Alarm Systems and has been part of multiple corporate office expansions.

Michelle is Time & Alarm Systems’ Corporate Controller, bringing with her 30 years of experience in accounting in the construction industry. Overseeing the Accounting department, Michelle’s responsibilities include keeping track of the financial status of the Company. Michelle has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Redlands and has established cash flow forecast and budgets for various industries from food to construction.
What was your first job? Rental Clerk for Hud housing project with over 300 homes in Manassas, Virginia

Scott is Time & Alarm Systems’ IT Manager. On top of keeping all computers, software, servers and networks running, Scott is an integral part of implementing new products and supporting all divisions of the Company. He has extensive experience in the industry which spans 35 years, and he has been with Time & Alarm Systems since 2009. Scott’s duties include IT coordination with customers, sales engineering support, new product evaluation/testing, technical support and in-house IT for all of Time & Alarm’s branches.
Scott has an Associate’s Degree in Electronics Motor Control from Duluth Vocational School, Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the University of Minnesota, and numerous industry/manufacturer certifications.

Sean has played a vital role in growing Time & Alarm Systems into the Military/Department of Defense Construction space. In the 9 years that Sean has been with Time & Alarm Systems, he’s developed many relationships with Government Contractors while expanding Time & Alarm Systems’ technology portfolio. His primary responsibilities include building vendor and customer relationships, estimating/bidding jobs, contract procurement and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Southern California. Sean is a veteran who served in the U.S. Navy from 1988-1992 and deployed during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.

Travis Casey has been with Time & Alarm Systems for nearly two decades and has operated at every level of installation and supervision during his tenure. Travis oversees the Field Operations, which is composed of over 80 field employees. Travis is responsible for the coordination, communication, scheduling, production and profitability on all projects assigned. He manages the day-to-day field operations with the aim of enhancing operational effectiveness, as well as building long-term relationships with Field personnel, customers and contractors.
What was your first job? I had a paper route (when they existed) when I was twelve.
